Sunday Morning Sound Journey

This session is a unique combination of research-based sound healing, sound scape and sound journey intuitively delivered utilizing over 40 instruments including harp, tuning forks, alchemy crystal and Tibetan bowls, drum, gong, ocean drum, crystal pyramids, rattles, and shamanic instruments from the Wind Walker Shaman and others. This session begins with a short guided journey embodying your physical and subtle bodies and includes individualized on-the-body healing with tuning forks and bowls, energy work, and essential oil (all optional). This Sound Healing Journey is designed to facilitate deep relaxation of the body and mind, homeostasis, surrender to presence, coherent receptive brainwaves, and balance of the heart, brain, and body to create an environment in which one can cultivate their own self-healing.
